Welcome to Open Enrollment!  We’re excited to kick off another open enrollment season, and this year, we’re bringing even more value to you and your family.  Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to review, select, and update your benefits for the upcoming year.  Whether you’re looking to secure your health, protect your finances, or plan for the future, Open Enrollment is for everyone. 

Note: All benefit eligible employees are required to elect, re-enroll or decline benefits.

What's New in 2025

  • Aetna National Provider Network

    We are excited to announce that we are transitioning to Aetna for medical insurance coverage effective January 1, 2025! This change brings an enhanced network of providers, and a host of new benefits designed to better support your health and wellness. With access to Aetna's national network of providers, the the out-of-network PPO plan will no longer be offered.

  • Expanded Health Plan Options

    You now have two health plan options to choose from, a traditional HMO medical plan and an exciting new Health Savings Account medical plan!

  • Enhanced Dental Coverage

    With our transition to Delta Dental you'll benefit from a larger nationwide network of in-network providers and enhanced coverage.

  • Enhanced Vision Plan Update

    We've upgraded the Enhanced Vision Plan to include a higher allowance for contacts and frames, offering more variety across the three plans so you can choose the one that best suits your needs!

  • Access Virtual Primary Care

    We understand that finding time for a primary care provider can be tough with busy schedules and limited availability. That’s why Virtual Primary Care is here to provide you with immediate access to the care you need. This benefit is available to all employees—whether you're enrolled in our medical plans or not!

  • ID Watchdog is Now Evergreen

    Rest assured, you can enroll in Identity Theft Protection at any time throughout the year if you become a victim of identity theft. Even if you enroll after the incident, ID Watchdog's resolution specialists will be there to help restore your identity.

  • Free Behavioral Healthcare!

    With our new Aetna insurance, up to 12 behavioral healthcare visits are covered at 100%.
