ALL benefit eligible employees are REQUIRED to elect, re-enroll or decline benefits during Open Enrollment.

What You Need to Know

  • The Full Scoop: Visit the ‘What’s New’ tab to see key updates and everything that’s changing for 2027.
  • Personalized Options Summary: 2027 benefit plan premiums will be delivered to your inbox October 13th.
  • Win Big: Submit enrollment elections in UKG by 5 PM EST on 10/16 for a chance to win $150.00.
  • Deadline: October 23rd: If you do not take action, you will be defaulted to single coverage under HRA Option 1, Dental, and Basic Vision, and you will not be able to make changes until the next Open Enrollment period in 2027.
  • Educational Resources: Explore guides and attend webinars to get all the information you need on the options available to you.

What's New & Changing in 2027

  • Deductibles

    The deductibles for all medical plans, HRA, HSA and PPO increased by $50 for individual coverage and $100 for plus one and family coverage. This change aligns with the updated IRS minimum deductible requirements for High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs).

  • Aetna Health Plans: New Expanded Care Options & Extras

    Our Aetna Health Plans now offer easier ways to acces specialty, mental health and general healthcare needs through partnering with independent virtual specialty care partners. Additionally, members can get added support through the new Tilt parenting hub, neurodiversity resources, menopause experts, plus LifeMart discounts for acupuncture, weight management, travel, home, auto, and more.

Live Webinars: Sessions will be held from September through October 15th.  Attend webinars to learn, meet representatives from our benefit providers and ask questions, enabling you to make educated decisions when enrolling.  Bonus: attendees of live webinars will be entered into drawings for swag and cash prizes!
