Welcome! You are eligible to enroll in our amazing benefit plans if you are scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week as a regular full-time or part-time employee. Seasonal or temporary employees, unfortunately, you’re not in the eligibility mix, but we have tons of wellbeing perks that you may take advantage of.
To modify your benefits while already enrolled, a qualified life event is required. Please contact a member of the HR Team.
Important – Benefits enrollment, or changes to existing elections, may only be made within 30 days of your eligibility period. If elections are not made within the required timeframe, your next opportunity to enroll or change benefits is the following open enrollment period in October.
Benefits become effective on the first day of the month following date of hire for new hires or qualified life event status changes; newborn coverage commences immediately upon birth.
The benefit plan year is January 1 through December 31.
Eligible dependents may enroll in coverage, if they meet the following criteria:
From guidance in choosing the best options for you, what resources are available to understanding how the plans work. The information you need is at your fingertips.
Participate in the Wellness Program – New hires receive a $500 welcome gift in wellness credits to offset pre-tax healthcare choices. Join the Wellness Program now to earn up to $1,100 in credits for the next plan year’s cost reduction.
Consider Supplementary Insurance – Voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance plans can help bridge the financial gaps left by your standard medical coverage, covering expenses like deductibles that may not be included in your primary plan.
