In life’s ups and downs, a lending hand or a listening ear can make all the difference. No matter what hurdles you or your loved ones are navigating, our array of mental wellness and concierge services ensures you’ll discover the perfect support tailored to your needs.

Face-to-Face Care

Ready to access care, but don’t know where to turn?  Finding the right provider for you, does not need to be a barrier for getting the help you need.  

All employees and members of their household have access to up to 10 free counseling sessions per year, with providers within the Aetna network.  Sessions are available face to face or with televideo.  

Your Aetna health plan Concierge collaborates with you to find available, in-network providers based on your medical needs, assists you in scheduling appointments and learning about your health plan’s coverage. 

  • Contact your concierge by phone: 1-855-586-6958 Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm.
  • Online Chat: log in at www.aetna.com and use the chat feature to connect with concierge.

Virtual Care

It’s not easy to find the time to talk with someone when you need help.  With virtual care, you have another way to get help with the same support you’d receive in person.  Virtual care connects you with psychiatrists, social workers, marriage counselors and more that you can access from anywhere. 

With Virtual Primary Care you also have access to mental health services.  Schedule mental health counseling 7 days a week including evenings, by appointment. 

MDLIVE lets you talk by video with a Board Certified therapist or psychiatrist when you or your family needs care. These providers can help with non-emergency issues. They can even write and send prescriptions to your drug store.

 

Bills your Aetna medical insurance.

AbleTo mental health care programs are based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).  During the 8 week program, you will work with a therapist, coach or both and have access to a self guided digital care program.   

 

$0 co-pay with your Aetna insurance 

Your Aetna health insurance offers in-network coverage to a large array of telehealth and virtual mental well-being programs.

At Your Own Pace

Our “At Your Own Pace” Mental Health Resources are designed to empower you with the flexibility and support you need to prioritize your mental health on your own terms. Whether you’re seeking self-guided therapy modules, mindfulness exercises, educational materials, or access to professional support, our comprehensive resources are available to you 24/7. 

Free Program! Coaching with digital support. Restore Resilience is a personalized program with live coaches and an app providing you access anywhere at anytime.  This program is designed to give you the help you need when you want it to further your own mental, emotional, and physical health journey. Once you join, you will be connected to a coach, who you can text at the frequency you need.
