Restore Resilience

FREE health coaching with digital support.  Restore Resilience is a personalized program with live coaches delivered on an easy-to-use app.  The program is designed to give you the help you need-when you want it- to further your own mental, emotional, and physical health journey.  A personal coach, community, activities and more. 

What it is

A mental and behavioral health program that helps improve the ability to manage stress, grow self-care practices, improve mindfulness, build positive relationships and a community of support. 

The program is personalized to each member.  Based on your Welcome Survey, the goals you set and conversations with your coach, the curriculum is catered to your specific needs.  Some members may want a heavy emphasis on mental resilience, so their lessons and coach conversations will be surrounded by that topic.  Others might need help with their weight, so the program will have that focus paired with other factors that contribute to weight loss, like stress management, sleep and nutrition.

Coaching is at the core

Restore Resilience coaches are all real, live people (no bots!).  Once you sign up, you’ll be paired with one coach whom you can establish a relationship and receive encouragement, connection, and advice.  Coaches connect over text or calls and respond with genuine and personalized messages tailored to each member.  Work with your coach to set and achieve your mental and physical health goals.

How to get started

Download and login to the RestoreResilience app.  Start in the Today Tab and complete a lesson or activity, or try a workout or meal log.  You’ll notice lessons are short and sweet-5 minutes or less!  Next, head to the Relaxation Tab to do a relaxation or meditation session.  Sign up for 1:1 or Group Coaching to help establish new habits and behaviors, or to learn about managing stress.
