Welcome to Open Enrollment! We’re excited to kick off another open enrollment season, and this year, we’re bringing even more value to you and your family. Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to review, select, and update your benefits for the upcoming year. Whether you’re looking to secure your health, protect your finances, or plan for the future, Open Enrollment is for everyone.
Note: All benefit eligible employees are required to elect, re-enroll or decline benefits.

Expanded Health Plan Options
We’re excited to offer the new Health Savings Account (HSA) Medical Plan for enrollment in 2025! This plan offers greater flexibility and savings opportunities, giving you more control over your healthcare expenses while maximizing tax benefits. Be sure to explore this option as you make your benefit choices for the upcoming year!
HRA Option 2 Sunsetting
The HRA Option 2 medical plan is sunsetting December 31, 2025. This means that after this date, the plan will no longer be available. For those currently enrolled in HRA Option 2, you may re-enroll in this plan for 2025. However, no new enrollments into HRA Option 2 will be accepted during open enrollment.
Enhanced Dental Coverage
Our Delta Dental plan now includes coverage for orthodontia! This enhancement offers expanded benefits to help with the cost of braces and other orthodontic treatments for both children and adults.
Enhanced Vision Plan Update
The Enhanced Vision Plan with VSP brings even more value! Now, you’ll receive a $200 allowance for frames and contact lenses, plus a $220 allowance for featured brands. This additional $30-$50 in allowances means you’ll have even more flexibility when choosing between the three available vision plan options.

ID Watchdog is Now Evergreen
Rest assured, you can enroll in Identity Theft Protection at any time throughout the year if you become a victim of identity theft. Even if you enroll after the incident, ID Watchdog's resolution specialists will be there to help restore your identity.

Live Webinars: Sessions will be held from September through October 15th. Attend webinars to learn, meet representatives from our benefit providers and ask questions, enabling you to make educated decisions when enrolling. Bonus: attendees of live webinars will be entered into drawings for swag and cash prizes!
