What's New & Changing in 2026

  • HRA Option 2 Health Plan Sunsets 12/31/2025

    The HRA Option 2 Health Plan is no longer offered. We encourage you to review your benefits carefully using this Decision Support Guide, and don't hesitate to schedule a 1:1 with HR for support if you have questions or need additional guidance deciding what's best for you.

  • $500 Bonus

    Extended! The HSA Medical Plan introductory bonus contribution of $500 has been extended one more year! When you enroll or re-enroll in the HSA Medical Plan, the company will add an additional $500 in employer contributions to the HSA!

  • New Benefit! Long-Term Care Insurance

    7 of 10 people will need LTC in their lifetime. It is not just for the elderly - an accident, illness or unexpected diagnosis could leave you needing long-term care at any age. Coverage is comprehensive, portable and affordable! Sign up for coverage during Open Enrollment and receive guaranteed approval of coverage!

  • New Benefit! SmartConnect Medicare Solutions

    SmartConnect is a dedicated program designed to offer free Medicare resources, guidance, and enrollment support. Independent specialists provide unbiased education on plan options and help you select the best coverage to save money while ensuring your needs are fully met.

  • Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts

    For the 2026 plan year, the IRS increased the DCRA contribution limit from $5,000 to $7,500 per household.

  • Expanded Acupuncture Benefit

    We've enhanced our health plans to give you more access to alternative care. You can now receive up to 12 acupuncture visits per year - subject to deductible & co-insurance.

  • Enhanced Women's Diagnostic Screening Coverage

    Starting January 1, 2026, our medical plans will cover additional diagnostic screenings — such as breast ultrasounds or MRIs — when a mammogram is inconclusive or shows dense breast tissue. These services will be covered at 100% by the plan.

  • Exciting News: Your Coaching Support Just Got a Major Glow-Up!

    We’ve partnered with Personify Coaching to give you expanded access to licensed dietitians and nutritionists, personal trainers, social workers, psychologists, financial coaches, emotional health coaches, nurses, and more! No matter your goal, Personify Coaching has your back. Beyond covering holistic lifestyle topics and condition-specific support, their whole-person approach means you get guidance tailored to whatever you want to achieve—health, wellness, or personal growth. Available 1/1/2026 - Stay tuned for announcements on how to connect with a coach!

Online Resources: Access all the details on your benefit plan options through webinars, email communications, the 2025 Benefits Decision guide and this website.

Live Webinars: Sessions will be held from September through October 15th.  Attend webinars to learn, meet representatives from our benefit providers and ask questions, enabling you to make educated decisions when enrolling.  Bonus: attendees of live webinars will be entered into drawings for swag and cash prizes!
