My Pet Protection Plans
My Pet Protection plans through Nationwide are available in two reimbursement options (50% and 70%) with an optional $500 wellness benefit, so you can find coverage that fits your budget. Base plans have a $250 annual deductible and $7,500 annual benefit.
Enroll directly with Nationwide anytime throughout the year. Nationwide will notify us of your plan’s premium that will be deducted from your bi-weekly pay.
