My Pet Protection Plans
My Pet Protection plans through Nationwide offer flexibility to manage coverage according to your budget and pet care needs. Available only through our partnership with Nationwide, you may choose a ready-made plan or customize your own. The customizable option allows you to choose from three reimbursement options (50%, 70% or 80%) with an optional customizable wellness benefit. The deductible is customizable from $100 to $500, and the annual benefit maximum can be set as high as $20,000.
Enroll directly with Nationwide anytime throughout the year. Nationwide will notify us of your plan’s premium that will be deducted from your bi-weekly pay.
